Publication Ethics
Editors ensure a fair double-blind peer-review of submitted articles. They are responsible for making publication decisions based strictly on academic merit, originality, and clarity, without regard to the authors' race, gender, or institutional affiliation. All manuscript information remains strictly confidential.
Reviewers assist in improving the manuscript through objective feedback. Any invited referee who feels unqualified to review the research or knows they cannot complete it promptly should notify the editor. Reviews must be conducted objectively with supporting arguments, and the content must remain confidential.
Authors must submit entirely original work, ensuring that all sources are properly cited. Submitting the same manuscript to more than one journal concurrently constitutes unethical publishing behavior. All authors should disclose any financial or substantive conflicts of interest.
The journal strictly prohibits plagiarism in all its forms. All submissions are screened using Turnitin similarity check software. Manuscripts found to have been plagiarized from other authors by more than 20% will be immediately rejected.
